Location: Describe its location considering multiple scales of interaction (global, local, etc.) i. Where does this typology originate from? ii. Is the typology different depending on location? 4. Users: Who does it serve? 5. Architectural Elements: i. Identify architectural elements/main features of the typology. ii. What is the function of each feature and why is it important? B. Portland Site/Context 1. Program: What is the purpose of this type of architecture? 2. Time-frame i. When was this building built? How has it changed throughout history? 3. Location: i. Where is it located? ii. Is there any significance to this location? 4. Users: Who does it serve? 5. Architectural Elements: i. Identify architectural elements/main features of the typology. ii. What is the function of each feature and why is it important? Include 2-3 images or diagrams that represent the building type/topic. These should have captions that indicate the date, geographic location of the image and source of the image.
