Describe your vision of learning. Leadership Philosophy and Code of Ethics for your current school district where you have your first administrative or supervisory position. Include a one-paragraph description of your school district and demographics. Describe (1) the type of teaching and learning that will occur in the classrooms in your school, (2) explain the approaches to curriculum that will be utilized, such as interdisciplinary teaching or non-graded primary, and (3) any structures of facility elements that will enhance the learning in your organization. Your vision of learning needs to be based on what you believe to be ideal yet feasible and should stretch and inspire to action the members of your organization. It should be 3 pages double-spaced and 12 pt. font. You can use either first or third person but be consistent. (The purpose of the assignment is for you to come to know your capacity as a leader and discern your strengths and areas to improve, as well as core values, beliefs, and ethics. Your objective throughout the course is to develop a compelling, personal model of leadership that includes a vision of learning, philosophy of leadership, and code of ethics.
